Project Specialist - New Club Opening (nco) & Capital Expenditure (capex)

The NCO & CapEx Project Specialist is a highly detailed-orientated individual who is a key part in ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Project Specialist works with various team members across the organization to action plan realistic timelines, tracks progress, and trouble-shoot issues that arise during the scope of the project. The main goal of this role to ensure efficiency and smooth execution of project deliverables.

Role:

• Review and negotiate vendor RFPs and track cap-ex against planned budget. Explain variances and recoveries to NCO team. 
• Resolves purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation; insuring credit is received for outstanding memos; issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments. 
• Develops and maintains a detailed project plan/calendar to track and evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Establishes action plans and daily/weekly/monthly reporting processes and presentations to ensure visibility and delivery of results. 
• Evaluate design and layouts consistently with the goal to enhance and improve each iteration of a build. 
• Delivers completed projects On Time and On Budget.

Annual salary range: $70,000 - $85,000 + Bonus Eligibility

The compensation will be determined based on experience, skills set, education and training, and other organizational needs.

Qualifications:
We know the experience we’re looking for can come from a wide range of industries. We're looking for someone who communicates effectively and professionally within the Movati community and to external stakeholders.  An individual who is extremely organized as multiple facets of the projects will be simultaneous. Discretion and confidentiality are mandatory as this person will frequently be asked to handle sensitive information.
