Contribuer au développement de la pharmacie communautaire en travaillant sur différentes initiatives des services professionnels 
• La validation de contenu existant pour les patients (exemple : revoir les textes informatifs sur nos sites internet, les mettre à jour, proposer des améliorations)
• La révision et la création de de formations sur l'Académie du Savoir 
• La planification du contenu pour nos évènements professionnels 
• La participation dans des journées carrière 
• La recherche littéraire sur l’observance aux médicaments 
• La révision de procédures 
• Le suivi d'indicateurs de performance du projet ou d'un élément du projet.
Le matériel créé ou validé pourrait être communiqué/consulté par le client/patient/équipe de pharmacie via des mini conférences, des ateliers interactifs, une plate-forme web ou une application, ce qui implique des collaborations potentielles avec différentes équipes du siège social (services professionnels, marketing, technologies de l’information).
