Position Summary
The Human Resources Administrator plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function while helping create an exceptional employee experience. This role provides administrative and operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring HR programs, processes, and systems are delivered accurately, efficiently, and consistently.
Working closely with the Vice President, Human Resources, HR Advisor, and Executive Assistant, the Human Resources Administrator supports a broad range of HR activities, including onboarding, HR administration, employee communications, workplace operations, and leadership support. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to begin or grow their career in Human Resources while gaining hands-on experience across many areas of the profession.
As Mara continues to grow, this role offers the opportunity to develop new skills, contribute to meaningful HR initiatives, and help foster a collaborative, engaging, and people-first workplace.
This is a Hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days remote), located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.
