A Day in the Life:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for Long View’s corporate IT function (systems, platforms, and governance)Collaborate with leaders across Long View to align IT strategy, priorities, and investments with business objectivesAct as a senior advocate for corporate IT initiatives with the executive team and Long View’s SVP, Global ServicesTranslate business strategy into a clear, actionable corporate IT roadmap and outcomes-based portfolioLead and manage corporate IT financial planning and governance (budget, forecasting, optimization, and investment prioritization)Establish performance expectations, success metrics, and accountability across corporate IT teamsLead and develop high-performing leaders and team members through coaching, mentoring, and Career Life Planning (CLP)Provide executive oversight and strategic direction for corporate IT operations, including infrastructure and our #MostLoved end-user servicesEnsure reliability, scalability, and performance of corporate IT services through appropriate operating rhythms and service management maturityPartner with operational leaders to address gaps where technology capabilities and business needs do not alignPartner with executive leadership and the Office of the CISO to align corporate security priorities, risks, and investment decisionsProvide executive oversight of security initiatives as they relate to corporate IT (identity, endpoint, cloud, data protection, resilience)Support compliance with Long View’s security program, including ISO, SOC, and PCI requirements; ensure audit readiness within corporate IT scopeCoordinate corporate IT initiatives to ensure alignment with executive requirements and enterprise architecture standardsFacilitate collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical architects to design and deliver new solutions and servicesEnable cross-department technology alignment including collaboration with SOC, NOC, OneCloud, and On-Demand Infrastructure (ODI)Lead governance practices that align corporate IT initiatives with organizational, branch, and practice prioritiesWhat You Bring:
15+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology roles, including senior leadership accountability10+ years leading diverse, distributed teams with a track record of building leadership capabilityDemonstrated success translating business strategy into IT roadmaps, operating models, and measurable outcomesStrong understanding of enterprise IT including infrastructure, cloud, security, identity, and data managementProven experience owning budgets, forecasting, cost optimization, and investment prioritizationExceptional communication skills—able to influence executives and align stakeholders through clear narratives and dataComfort operating in complex environments; ability to make decisions with incomplete information and manage riskAbility to translate technical issues into business impacts, options, and recommendationsStrong relationship-building skills; seen as a trusted leader and positive agent of changeWillingness and ability to coach, mentor, and develop othersWhat Makes You Extra Awesome:
