At Loblaw Companies Limited, we succeed through collaboration and commitment and set a high bar for ourselves and those around us. Whether you are just starting your career, re-entering the workforce, or looking for a new job, this is where you belong.

Why is this role important?

We are seeking a highly organized, collaborative, and execution-focused Content Manager to lead the delivery of social content across multiple Loblaw banners, brands, and business priorities. Operating within a complex, fast-paced enterprise environment, this role is critical in ensuring social content moves seamlessly from strategy and creative development through production, approvals, and launch, while maintaining quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment. As a key operational partner, you will connect teams, manage competing priorities, and drive execution across multiple workstreams. You'll bring structure to complexity, proactively identify challenges, and ensure content is delivered efficiently and effectively across the business.

What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end execution of social content across assigned banners, brands, and portfolios, ensuring work is delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Translate approved content strategies and creative direction into actionable production plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage multiple concurrent content initiatives, balancing competing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs across the enterprise.
  • Lead content workflows from briefing and planning through production, stakeholder approvals, and launch.
  • Coordinate pre-production activities, including production schedules, shot lists, asset requirements, approvals, and handoffs.
  • Partner closely with Creative, Content, Brand, Media, Community Management, and external agencies to ensure alignment and execution readiness.
  • Act as a key operational point of contact for assigned initiatives, building strong relationships and maintaining clear communication across stakeholders.
  • Navigate multiple rounds of stakeholder feedback, consolidate input, and drive timely decisions to keep projects moving forward.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, shifting priorities, and resource constraints, escalating when needed and recommending solutions.
  • Ensure content aligns with approved creative direction, brand requirements, platform best practices, and delivery specifications.
  • Maintain visibility into project status, timelines, deliverables, and next steps, ensuring teams are aligned and accountable.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve collaboration, and create greater efficiencies across content operations.
  • Partner with Planning & Insights teams to support content tagging, performance tracking, and reporting requirements.

What you'll need

  • 3–5+ years of experience in social content management, creative operations, project management, marketing operations, or a related field.
  • Experience managing social content production and delivery across multiple brands, campaigns, or business portfolios.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, content formats, production processes, and creative best practices.
  • Exceptional project management, organization, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing deadlines.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including the ability to navigate complex feedback, manage expectations, and build alignment across teams.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, brand marketing, media, production, and agency partners.
  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with the confidence to drive projects forward independently and escalate challenges appropriately.
  • Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to executional excellence.
  • Experience using project management, workflow, or content operations tools.
  • Post-secondary education in marketing, communications, business, media, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working within a large enterprise, retail, CPG, or multi-banner organization.
  • Experience managing high-volume, always-on social content alongside larger campaigns and business initiatives.
  • Familiarity with content measurement, tagging, and performance reporting.
  • Knowledge of digital asset management systems, content management platforms, or workflow tools.
  • Experience contributing to process improvements that support more efficient content delivery.

How you'll succeed

Success in this role means bringing structure, accountability, and consistency to social content execution

across a complex enterprise environment.

You will:

  • Deliver high-quality social content on time and aligned to business priorities.
  • Confidently manage multiple workstreams, competing deadlines, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Build trusted relationships across teams through clear communication, collaboration, and reliable execution.
  • Proactively identify challenges, recommend solutions, and keep projects moving forward.
  • Create greater efficiency and consistency in how social content is planned, produced, and delivered.
  • Enable creative and strategic teams to focus on great work by ensuring strong operational planning and execution.

At Loblaw, we value team members who are collaborative, accountable, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement. You'll succeed by bringing clarity to complexity, building strong partnerships, and helping deliver impactful social content at scale.
