In this role, you will deliver, set up, and pick up home medical and oxygen equipment within your assigned route promptly and professionally
You will coordinate vehicle maintenance to ensure reliability and safety
Safely load and unload equipment at delivery sites, upholding high safety standards
Furthermore, you will identify and communicate any safety hazards at delivery locations
Complete all required regulatory paperwork, including TDG documentation and Vehicle Inspection Reports
You will perform routine equipment assessments and identify potential repairs at customer sites
Provide product education and supporting documentation to clients as per company procedures
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to resolve issues promptly
Also, you will maintain good housekeeping practices in your work environment and complete daily inventory tasks
Work various shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be available for after-hours and on-call emergency service
