In this role, you will support Territory Managers and Sales teams by providing timely account information, order updates, and related customer support to help drive a seamless customer experience
You will leverage digital platforms and tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to retrieve information, improve data accuracy, and increase workflow efficiency
A key part of the role is reviewing system-generated recommendations and applying sound business judgment before finalizing orders, updates, or customer communications
You will maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance, audit requirements, and operational best practices
The role includes preparing and updating reports such as order status reports, backorder tracking, and issue logs to provide visibility into key activities and priorities
You will be responsible for maintaining accurate customer information, order documentation, and internal records to support efficient business operations
Supporting month-end activities, cycle counts, and audit processes will be an important part of ensuring data integrity and operational accuracy
You will work closely with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Credit, and Customer Service teams to help ensure a smooth order-to-delivery process
The role encourages a continuous improvement mindset, identifying recurring issues, workflow gaps, and opportunities to improve efficiency and service levels
You will participate in training and adoption of new systems, tools, and processes, helping the team stay current and continuously improve how work gets done
