Position Summary:
The Senior Project Manager reports to the Senior Manager, IT & Security Portfolio Management and is responsible for leading medium to large, enterprise-wide projects assigned through the portfolio. This role leads the planning and execution of multiple projects through LifeLabs’ defined gating framework, using established project management processes, tools, and templates to deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, and with the intended business value.
The Senior Project Manager works across complex stakeholder environments, building alignment and securing buy-in through effective communication, influence, and proactive stakeholder engagement. The role also provides coaching and mentoring to Project Managers and supports the adoption of project management tools, processes, and best practices across the team.
This is a hybrid role based in Toronto, ON.

What We Offer:
Salary range:$96,255 – 122,727 CAD annually (commensurate with experience).
