Purpose of the role

Under the supervision of the Receiving and Distribution Supervisor, the incumbent is responsible for handling merchandise returns and preparing items for new store openings. He/she helps ensure a structured, efficient, and compliant flow of goods aligned with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, open, and sort all returned merchandise boxes;
• Categorize returned items appropriately;
• Process merchandise in our Solochain system using a scanner;
• Hang merchandise intended for store openings;
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the distribution center;
• Assist other departments as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Relevant experience in a warehouse or distribution environment (an asset)
• Comfortable using technology (e.g., scanner, inventory management system)
