SALARYRANGE:$60,000 - $75,000 + 

  • Actual base pay will depend and vary based on factors such as individual experience and skills of the applicant.

LOCATION:Toronto Office,5 days/week in office

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review, Analyze and process ERStransactions. Coordinate with PTP and carriers to ensureaccurateapprovals or rejections

  • Review and manage tickets in the accessorial portal. Manage the inbox addressing inquiries and ensuringtimelyfollow ups. Prepare reports for the accessorial tickets

  • Work with our claims and risk team by managing and tracking transportation claims to ensure we recover lost costs.

  • Invoice processing in Ariba & SAP (MIGO)

  • SCIC Reporting and Data Integrity. Generate reports and perform data validation to minimize shipment errors and ensure we auto cost our freight as much as possible

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree Required. Degree inBusiness,Operations Management, or Supply Chain considered an asset 

  • 1-3 years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;logisticsbackground an asset

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint

  • Experience with Warehouse Management Systems and SAP is an asset

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
