Tap Room Server (full Time)

SALARY:Thehourlyrate forthisroleis$16.50 perhour.

SHIFT: The shifts forthisposition are:

• Full time: Weekend availabilityrequired. 5 shifts per week, with a mix of morning, afternoon, and evening shifts as needed
   

OvertimeEligibility:This positioniseligiblefor overtimepayin accordancewithapplicable labourlawsandpursuantwithcollective agreement. Overtimeispaidat thelegallyrequiredrate and mayvarybasedonhoursworkedbeyondthe standardschedule.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Deliverexceptionalcustomerservice bywelcomingguests,takingorders,makingbeerrecommendations, andcreatinga positiveTaproomexperience.

• DevelopandmaintainstrongknowledgeofBandedPeakproducts, menuofferings,breweryoperations, and tours toeducateand engagecustomers.

• Maintaina clean,organized, andsafeTaproomenvironment,includingcompletingassignedcleaning,stocking, andsanitationtasks.

• Support salesgrowthbypromotingbeer, merchandise,events, tours, andseasonalofferings.

• Accuratelyprocess transactionsusingPOSsystemsand follow cash-handlingprocedures.

• Collaboratewithteammemberstoensureefficientoperationswhileadheringtoresponsiblealcoholservice,healthandsafety, andcompanypolicies.
   

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previouscustomerservice,hospitality,retail, orservingexperiencepreferred.

• Passion forcraftbeerandwillingnesstolearnaboutbrewing,beerstyles, and theBandedPeak portfolio.

• Strong communication andinterpersonalskillswithacustomer-firstmindset.

• Abilitytoworkin a fast-pacedenvironmentwhilemaintainingattention todetail.

• Comfortablestanding forextendedperiodsandperforminglight lifting,stocking, andcleaningduties.

• Mustbeeligibleto servealcoholin Alberta andobtain/maintainvalidProServecertification.

• Availabletoworkevenings, weekends,holidays, andspecialeventsasrequired.
