Requirements:

• Bachelor’sdegree in Engineering, Business,Sciencesor a related field 

• Must have graduatedfrom an undergraduate degreein the last 2 years; 2025, 2026oranticipatedgraduation no later than September 2027. 

• Mobility: Must be willing and eligible torelocate. Relocation support may apply depending on location.

• Eligible to work inCanada

• Bilingualism is anasset

• No formal work experience isrequired.Previousinternship experience is a plus. 

• Our Warehouses are 24/7 -363 dayayear facilitieswhich may require alternating shift work for participants who enter the program.Program participants must have flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends, holidays, & overtime.

Recruitment Process:

1. Online Assessment&Job knowledge Test

2. Phone screen 

3. Virtual Interview with business leaders (Mid-Septemberto Mid-October)

4. Final Panel Interview & Group Supply Chain Case in St. Louis, MO – October 28th & 29th 

*Travel and accommodation for in person interviews will be provided by Labatt.
