Knix is seeking a dedicated, results-driven Senior Manager, Logistics to take ownership of our annual logistics spend and elevate our supply chain operations. Reporting directly to the Vice President, Operations, this role oversees our logistics governance and carrier management, and is responsible for creating a proactive, high-impact operational strategy.

In this role, you will act as the strategic lead driving carrier accountability and implementing rigorous cost governance. You will eliminate budget leakage, optimize parcel routing, and manage carrier and 3PL partner performance to directly expand gross margins and support long-term operational excellence.

About You:

  • You possess deep experience in parcel logistics and 3PL procurement, knowing how to structure, negotiate, and execute high-stakes RFPs that capture significant annualized savings.

  • You leave no stone unturned when reviewing freight invoices; you thrive on parcel-level routing analysis, identifying surcharge discrepancies, and building robust cost-auditing frameworks.

  • You hold logistics partners accountable to contractual commitments, SLAs, and billing accuracy, ensuring every unit shipped protects the company's gross margin.

  • Operating as a high-impact individual contributor, you proactively move projects from strategy to execution without requiring a large team to deliver measurable outcomes.

The Opportunity:

Partner Management & Operational Optimization

  • Serve as the dedicated lead for ongoing 3PL and carrier relationship management and governance. Continually assess operational opportunities to keep logistics costs low through 2027 and beyond.

  • Elevate line-level governance over logistics spend, shifting vendor management into a dedicated, proactive optimization function.

  • Lead market analysis and execute a comprehensive Logistics network strategy, negotiating carrier contracts and managing carrier performance.

Cost Governance & Invoice Auditing

  • Establish and implement a recurring monthly invoice validation framework across our complete annual spend to eliminate budget leakage and unmonitored carrier surcharges.

  • Perform routine parcel-level and routing analyses to determine optimal carrier selection per package and capture daily cost savings.

  • Maintain active oversight of carrier billing to recover unvalidated charges and mitigate industry invoice error rates.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of specialized logistics experience managing parcel routing, carrier contracts, and 3PL relationships

  • Project Leadership: Proven track record of drafting launching, and negotiating end-to-end logistics contracts

  • Financial Acumen: Deep expertise in freight cost validation, carrier invoice auditing and contract compliance

  • Routing Analytics: Strong proficiency in parcel routing analysis and carrier optimization.

  • Systems Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in NetSuite(ERP) is an asset.

  • Work Model & Location: Hybrid working arrangement requiring 3 days per week on-site at Knix HQ

Salary:

  • Salary starting at $125,000 per year
