Job Summary: The Product Merchandising Coordinator supports the accuracy, organization, and presentation of Kensington's travel product across internal systems and customer-facing platforms. This role owns tagging accuracy and metadata cleanliness, supports the merchandising calendar and day-to-day merchandising tasks, and uploads and curates content into our platforms. They also run regular audits and industry benchmarking, surfacing insights that inform merchandising decisions. Strong attention to detail, a structured approach, and a proactive mindset matter most here.

We provide a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. Employees have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and compensation tied to business and individual performance. The expected compensation range for this position is: $40,000 to $50,000.
