Responsibilities
Participate in documenting and updating HR processes.
Help test key HR processes toidentifyareas for improvement, both quantitatively and qualitatively.
Cross-reference pre-established data tovalidatehypotheses and draft conclusions.
Help draft standard HR procedures (SOPs) based on recommendations.
Theroleinvolvesdaily(orregular) communicationwithpan-Canadian stakeholders.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing abachelor’s degree in HumanRessoucesor a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Curious and motivated to learn, with a structured analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.
Comfortable in a fast-changing environment, resourceful, and ready to take on new challenges.
