An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.</p><p>Are you the one we are looking for?</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>Architect resilient, cloud-native infrastructure solutions aligned with industry best practices and client business objectives.</p></li><li><p>Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, migration roadmaps, and operational runbooks.</p></li><li><p>Lead technical discussions during client engagements, translating requirements into actionable roadmaps.</p></li><li><p>Design, deploy, and manage production-grade cloud environments hosting high-performance Java backend services.</p></li><li><p>Standardize containerization and orchestration strategies using Docker and Kubernetes.</p></li><li><p>Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery.</p></li><li><p>Implement advanced observability strategies to analyze system performance and optimize Java applications.</p></li><li><p>Develop and enforce "Security as Code" practices, integrating automated identity management and compliance into CI/CD.</p></li><li><p>Ensure infrastructure designs adhere to industry standards and compliance frameworks.</p></li><li><p>Implement high-availability configurations, automated failover, and disaster recovery strategies.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>7+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering roles within professional or consulting environments.</p></li><li><p>Proven ability to manage and deliver infrastructure solutions across multiple, concurrent client engagements.</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of the Java ecosystem (Java 8, 11, 17, or 21) with specific expertise in running Spring Boot and Spring Cloud applications at scale.</p></li><li><p>Production-level experience with event-streaming platforms (Apache Kafka, Confluent, or AWS MSK) and their integration into cloud environments.</p></li><li><p>Expertise in Kubernetes/Docker orchestration and cloud-native infrastructure management.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated proficiency in at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).</p></li></ul><p><strong>It's a plus:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>Strong preference for candidates with prior consulting, professional services, or direct client-facing delivery experience.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Compensation:</strong></p><ul class="tiptap-list-disc"><li><p>The salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $5,000 - $6,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.</p></li><li><p>This position is for a full time contract, through a payroll platform.</p></li><li><p>The talent will work remotely allocated at our client.</p></li></ul><p><strong>Here are the steps for this process:</strong><br><br>Application review/approval <strong>&gt;</strong> Screening interview with GoFasti's team <strong>&gt;</strong> We build and send your profile to our client <strong>&gt;</strong> Profile review/approval by client <strong>&gt;</strong> Interview with the client <strong>&gt;</strong> Hiring and onboarding.</p><div class="content-conclusion"><p>Once you apply for the job, our team will review your resume.
