Senior Full-Stack Engineer

About the Role

This is a ground-floor opportunity on an early engineering team building an AI-native FP&A SaaS platform that helps finance teams modernize planning, forecasting, and reporting. You'll work closely with technical leadership to deliver high-impact features across multiple product engineering teams — with real ownership from day one.

What You'll Do

• Partner with leadership and teammates to prioritize and execute on the product roadmap.

• Design, develop, and own complex features and software components end to end.

• Deliver robust, scalable, and well-tested code with strong CI/CD practices.

• Help establish engineering best practices that lay the foundation for a high-performing team culture.

• Collaborate with Design and Operations teams on continuous product improvements.

What We're Looking For

• 5–10+ years of fullstack engineering experience, ideally as a balanced fullstack or strongly frontend-focused engineer.

• Full-stack proficiency with TypeScript and JavaScript on the frontend and Node.js on the backend.

• Solid experience building frontends with React.

• Experience with MongoDB as an application database and BigQuery for analytics and large dataset queries.

• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Strong experience with automated testing, test frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Strong collaboration skills working alongside senior technical leadership and cross-functional teams.

• Genuine interest in building AI-focused products in a fast-moving environment.

• Background at a high-caliber technology or consulting organization is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range:$150,000 – $220,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available for this role.
