POSITION OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Coordinator is a vital member of the operations team and plays a pivotal role in ensuring effective and efficient execution of warehouse operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scan all delivery and inventory documents and check for accuracy
  • Receive and process purchase orders
  • Ensure inventory orders are accompanied by appropriate documentation
  • Communicate interdepartmentally regarding inquiries / questions on order status
  • Communicate with and respond to order inquiries from other departments
  • Create priority pick lists and assign inventory for warehouse staff to order pick
  • Review sales orders and coordinate with purchasing/manufacturing about missing items
  • Follow up with purchasing and sales regarding delays on sales order deadlines
  • Investigate negative inventory quantities
  • Complete other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years prior experience with logistics or warehouse coordination
  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • Preferably, experience with SAP software
  • Advanced computer skills and capable with Microsoft Office Suite of products
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

HOURS OF WORK

The typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break.
