What You'll Be Doing
The Zero Waste associate plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful operation of the ZW Packaging Department, which includes the following key criteria:
Targets & KPI’s
Able to flag quality issues on the line in a fast-paced environment
Working in a team of 4 - 5 people
Production line function: packaging assigned ingredients in Zero Waste kits
Placing cups, spices and ingredients in a Zero Waste kit
What We Are Looking For
Previous experience in food manufacturing or a high-paced environment is preferred
Able to work in a fast-paced food production warehouse environment with strict deadlines
Comfortable working in a temperature controlled environment. The production facility is kept at between 0 to 6 degrees Celsius
Able to stand on your feet for 8-hour shifts
Ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs. (11 kg)
What You Can Expect
Hourly Wage: $20.23
Schedule: Thursday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM, and Friday to Monday from 8:00AM to 4:00PM
