Apprentice RV Service Technician

Looking for a career where you can work with your hands, solve problems, learn valuable skills, and build something you can be proud of?

Fraserway RV is looking for someone who wants to build a career as an RV Service Technician. You don't need to be an experienced technician. We're looking for someone with the mechanical aptitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn to develop into one.

As an Apprentice RV Service Technician, you'll learn from experienced technicians while developing hands-on skills across electrical, plumbing, propane, mechanical systems, appliances, carpentry, diagnostics, and general RV repair.

Build a Career, Not Just a Job

You'll work alongside experienced technicians and develop skills in:

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing RV problems
• Electrical and 12V/120V systems
• Plumbing and water systems
• Propane systems
• Appliances, furnaces, water heaters, and refrigerators
• Mechanical repairs and maintenance
• Carpentry and general RV repairs
• Preventative maintenance and inspections
• Reading work orders and documenting repairs
• Working safely and delivering quality workmanship

Who We're Looking For

You might be a great fit if you:

• Enjoy working with your hands and figuring out how things work
• Are mechanically inclined and enjoy solving problems
• Take pride in doing things properly
• Are curious and willing to learn from experienced technicians
• Are reliable and safety-conscious
• Pay attention to detail
• Can work independently while being part of a team
• Are interested in building a long-term career in the skilled trades

Previous experience in automotive, construction, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, RVs, or other hands-on work is an asset but it's not required.
