How you’ll make an impact
Leverage your business experience, coaching ability and relationship-building skills to strengthen sales execution, front-line productivity and client outcomes across FCC.
As a Sales Effectiveness Advisor, you’ll partner with leaders and internal teams to strengthen front-line execution, build coaching capability and support consistent sales routines across the country. You’ll identify challenges impacting employees and clients, create practical tools and presentation materials, facilitate workshops and help turn successful market practices into scalable approaches that drive portfolio growth, client experience and employee effectiveness. Your strong analytical skills, proven leadership experience and relationship-building abilities will enable you to influence leaders, remove barriers and support strong client outcomes.

What you’ll do
Coach leaders on sales routines, observations, employee development and practical ways to strengthen front-line execution
Work with leaders to identify coaching opportunities, performance barriers and front-line challenges impacting employees and clients
Partner with Sales Enablement and other corporate teams to turn strategy, processes and initiatives into practical tools and field-ready solutions
Create presentation decks, coaching resources, meeting content and workshop materials that support leader and employee capability
Deliver presentations, workshops and practical skill-building sessions for leaders and front-line teams
Share and promote best practices nationally to support consistency while balancing regional needs
Collaborate with leaders, operations teams and product and service partners to remove barriers and improve the client experience
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
A degree in agriculture, business, commerce or a related discipline
Minimum eight years of related experience in agricultural finance, lending, sales or business development
Minimum two years of experience in coaching, influencing or enabling sales effectiveness and front-line capability development (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Strong communication, facilitation and presentation skills, including the ability to create clear PowerPoint decks and supporting materials
Strong organizational awareness, credibility and relationship-building skills, with the ability to partner across teams and influence without direct authority
Sound understanding of lending processes, relationship management and the customer and employee journey
Preferred qualifications:
Formal leadership experience or demonstrated success developing others
Experience collaborating across corporate and field teams to improve consistency and execution
A strong passion for agriculture and coaching and developing others
