Lead, mentor and support finance system and technology platforms. You’ll implement new processes and system enhancements as well as identify and recommend improvements.

Whatyou’lldo
Supportfinance system and business process initiatives from concept through implementation
Support and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve financial system issues
Analyze complex business requirements, including system capabilities, and accounting policy application
Recommend how finance data should be structured,storedandleveragedfor decision-making
Identifyand implement system enhancements and process improvements
Mentor and support team members on finance systems and best practices
Whatyou’llbring to the team
RequiredQualifications:
Adegree in accounting,businessor commerce
Minimum 6 years of experience in finance systems, business processdevelopmentor a related field
Extensive knowledge of financial systems and business process optimization
Strong ability to translate technical information into clear business insights
Provenexpertisein analyzing complex requirements
Demonstratedproficiencywith finance systems (SAP S/4HANA& Concuris anasset)
Excellent communication,collaborationand problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting system transformation or implementation projects
Knowledge of data governance and financial data management
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in large organizations
