How you’ll make an impact
Lead the vision, strategy and roadmap for FCC's Loan Application Workflow (LAW) Domain, a critical business and technology domain that enables employees, customers and partners to process end-to-end lending, from origination through approval and amendments. Current domain priorities include the transformation of lending processes and systems.
As Domain Lead, you’ll be accountable for planning and delivering projects, ensuring objectives are achieved on time and within scope, managing subject matter experts and stakeholder requirements, and ongoing application management.
You’ll ensure investments and delivery efforts support FCC’s business objectives, operational efficiency, regulatory requirements and customer experience goals. Plus, you’ll lead the prioritization of strategic initiatives while balancing ongoing operational needs, maintenance of core capabilities and opportunities for innovation.
Working in an Agile product delivery environment, you’ll collaborate closely with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, delivery teams, business leaders and technology partners to translate business priorities into clear roadmaps and measurable outcomes. You’ll also represent the domain with senior leadership and key stakeholders, influencing decisions and aligning priorities across multiple teams and initiatives.

What you’ll do
Oversee the delivery of large, complex strategic initiatives across the Loan Application Workflow (LAW) Domain, ensuring effective management of scope, risk, dependencies and business value
Establish and communicate the vision, roadmap and priorities for the domain, aligning technology, processes and policies with FCC’s business strategy and customer needs
Lead and influence cross-functional teams in an Agile environment to deliver solutions that improve document management, information access and business operations across FCC
Partner closely with the Product Owner, Scrum Master and stakeholders to prioritize work, define release plans and ensure delivery of incremental business value
Balance strategic transformation initiatives, innovation opportunities and ongoing operational support of the domain’s core capabilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with leaders, business partners, delivery teams, vendors and other Domain Leads to align priorities and drive results
Represent the Loan Application Workflow (LAW) Domain with senior leaders and governance groups, providing direction, recommendations and decision support
Provide leadership and direction on value delivery, using sound judgment to resolve strategic, organizational and technology-related challenges
Foster a collaborative, inclusive and high-performing environment that supports engagement, growth and continuous improvement
Lead and develop one Product Owner, providing direction, coaching and support to ensure successful delivery
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, information technology or a related field
At least 10 years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
Progressive leadership experience, including inspiring, influencing and aligning teams and stakeholders toward shared outcomes
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in complex, matrixed environments, with or without direct authority
Experience defining strategic direction and translating business priorities into actionable plans and outcomes
Strong understanding of Agile product delivery principles and experience working with Product Owners, Scrum Masters and cross-functional delivery teams
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and balance strategic transformation, innovation and operational stability
Demonstrated success leading large, complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders, dependencies and business capabilities
Exceptional relationship-building, communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong business acumen and ability to communicate effectively with senior leaders, technical teams and business partners
Ability to navigate ambiguity, learn quickly and make sound decisions in evolving environments
Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive and team-focused culture
Preferred qualifications
Experience leading or supporting the design, implementation and continuous improvement of lending application workflows and related business capabilities
Experience working on technology-enabled business transformation initiatives
Experience within a financial institution or highly regulated industry
Experience in a large, complex organization with multiple stakeholder groups
Experience leading work within Agile or Scrum delivery environments
Experience working on enterprise technology, digital transformation or modernization initiatives
