Leverage yourexpertisein credit policyand procedure, business process improvement, and risk management to help shape and strengthen credit practices that support organizationalobjectives.

As a Credit Policy Manager,you’lldesign,evaluateand improve credit proceduresand systems to enable executionofhigh-level creditpolicies.Your strong knowledge of lending practices and risk mitigation strategies, combined with yourprocess improvementexpertise, will enable you to recommend meaningful changesthatenhance both customer and employee experiences.

Whatyou’lldo

  • Collaborate with colleagues on enterprise-wide projects and initiatives

  • Work closely withAgile development teams to design, manage and improve credit procedures and business processes

  • Work closely with stakeholdersto understandandrepresentpolicyand risk requirementsin designing and enabling solutions

  • Evaluate recommendations, goals,deliverablesand business results

  • Support changemanagement activities, including communications and training materials

  • Provide informal leadership and coaching to colleagues on projects and areas of expertise

Whatyou’llbring to the team

Required qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in business,financeor agriculture

  • Minimum five years of related experience(or an equivalent combination of education and experience)

  • Extensive knowledge of lending practicesand theagriculture and agribusinessindustry

  • Provenexpertisein developmentand design of proceduresand continuous improvement

  • Demonstratedproficiencywith personal computer applications and software tools used in a professional environment

  • Understanding of risk mitigation strategies and their application toactionable process and procedure 

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience leading credit policy or process improvement initiatives

  • Experience supporting change management,communicationsor training activities

  • Strong relationship-building,communicationand problem-solving abilities
