Job Description:
Note: This is a vacancy for 1 Part-time Faculty position (up to 6 hours per week) starting from September 8, 2026 and ending December 21, 2026.
Note: This position is located at 130 Dundas Street London, ON N6A 1G1
Why This Role Is Important
Fanshawe College is seeking a qualified meat-cutting professional to teach in the School of Hospitality & Creative Industries. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of knowledge from the industry to inspire and educate students in practical meat-cutting and further processing techniques. This role involves delivering high-quality instruction and ensuring students are well-prepared for meat processing and butchery careers.
Reporting to Program Manager, a part-time professor at Fanshawe College is responsible for providing academic leadership and for developing an effective learning environment for students. Availability for in-person on campus delivery is required for most courses, and successful candidates will be required to perform work within Ontario.
