At Electric Mind, Engineering is where strategy meets action. Our team helps organizations cut through complexity—aligning business ambition with technology execution to unlock real, lasting change. You’ll work alongside curious, driven people tackling high-impact challenges for everyone from scaling startups to global enterprises. Each engagement is different, pushing you to learn, adapt, and grow.

Electric Mind’s Technology Practice brings together deep engineering expertise, modern delivery disciplines, and pragmatic architectural thinking to help clients execute complex, mission-critical transformation. We design and implement scalable, secure, high-impact technology solutions that accelerate business outcomes.

As a consultant on our Advisory team, you will play a key role in delivering and shaping complex transformation initiatives across the capital markets ecosystem. You will work closely with client stakeholders to assess current-state processes and architectures, identify opportunities for improvement, and design future-state solutions that align business strategy with technology and data capabilities.

Depending on experience, you will contribute to or lead workstreams, manage client relationships, and support the development of junior team members.

What You'll Do

  • Lead or support analysis across trade lifecycle functions, including client onboarding, trade capture, settlements, reconciliations, collateral management, and regulatory reporting
  • Assess business processes and technology architectures to identify inefficiencies, duplication, and control gaps
  • Design future-state operating models, organizational structures, and capability frameworks
  • Conduct benchmarking and peer analysis to identify leading practices and emerging trends
  • Develop strategic recommendations, business cases, and implementation roadmaps with clear, measurable outcomes
  • Translate complex analyses into clear, compelling insights and presentations for senior stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, operations, and technology
  • Contribute to practice development through knowledge assets, methodologies, and thought leadership (e.g., T+1, data modernization, regulatory change)
