In this role, you'll support the delivery of technology initiatives that enhance how we support and serve our customers. Working closely withcross-functional teamsand vendors, you'll help define requirements, improve processes, and deliver solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Business Analyst,your work willinclude:

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.

• Mapping and improving business processes and workflows.

• Collaborating withkey partners, project teams, and vendors to support technology initiatives.

• Supporting Agile delivery teams through requirements refinement, planning, and solution design.

• Developing test scenarios and supporting user acceptance testing(UAT).

• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and user experience.

• Supporting solution implementation, adoption, and ongoing continuous improvement.

You’ll Also Bring

• Apost-secondary degree in Commerce, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Five or more years of experience in business analysis, project delivery, process improvement, or a related role. 

• Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. 

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Visio. 

• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira is considered an asset. 

• Knowledge of CRM platforms, customer-facing applications, or telecommunications technologies is considered an asset. 

• Experience with software testing and user acceptance testing is considered an asset.
