We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager (TPM) to lead the enterprise-wide DevOps, Apps migration and support other cross-organizational technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, hands-on knowledge and experience coordinating complex infrastructure and security transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of the Client requirement .
Coordinate activities across security, networking, infrastructure, engineering, and business teams.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reporting.
Drive governance, stakeholder communication, and executive updates.
Manage dependencies, issue resolution, and change management activities.
Ensure alignment with Zero Trust security strategies and organizational objectives.
Monitor milestones, deliverables, and project KPIs.
PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certification.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, hands-on knowledge of Zero Trust security architectures, and experience coordinating complex infrastructure and security transformation programs.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of the Zscaler ZPA deployment across the organization.
• Coordinate activities across security, networking, infrastructure, engineering, and business teams.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reporting.
• Drive governance, stakeholder communication, and executive updates.
• Manage dependencies, issue resolution, and change management activities.
• Ensure alignment with Zero Trust security strategies and organizational objectives.
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, and project KPIs.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of Technical Project or Program Management experience.
• Strong technical background in cybersecurity and infrastructure programs.
• Experience delivering Zero Trust initiatives or security transformation projects.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and enterprise-wide deployments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Zscaler ZPA implementation or related technologies.
• Knowledge of networking concepts, VPN replacement strategies, and secure access solutions.
• PMP, Scrum Master, SAFe, or equivalent certification.
