Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead and support cross-functional agile teams across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will facilitate agile ceremonies, remove delivery roadblocks, mentor teams, and ensure consistent sprint execution. Experience with AI-powered tools and process automation is essential to improve delivery efficiency and reduce administrative overhead.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Identify and resolve impediments to ensure timely sprint delivery.
• Mentor teams on Agile/Scrum practices and promote self-organization.
• Track sprint progress, velocity, burndown charts, backlogs, and delivery metrics.
• Leverage generative AI and agentic tools for backlog management, meeting summaries, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Apply prompt engineering and evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, privacy, and risks.
• Support process automation initiatives and communicate technical changes to business stakeholders.
• Participate in user research, usability testing, and digital service delivery activities.
