Job Description/ Responsibilities

• Configure RSA Archer applications, questionnaires, workflows, dashboards, reports, notifications, and access controls.
• Translate business requirements into Archer configurations and support key GRC use cases such as risk, compliance, audit, policy, issues, and third-party risk.
• Manage data feeds, imports, exports, and user administration to maintain platform accuracy and governance.
• Troubleshoot issues, support testing, upgrades, and enhancements, and create dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Provide documentation, user support, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful platform adEligible to workion
• • 2–4 years of RSA Archer administration, configuration, or development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Archer applications, workflows, questionnaires, dashboards, reports, access controls, and data model concepts.
• Good understanding of GRC processes, requirement gathering, troubleshooting, and platform support.

What are the top 3 skills required for this role?

• Experience with Archer modules such as risk, compliance, audit, issues, policy, or third-party risk management.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, Archer integrations, and SDLC/change management
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, SOC, or PCI-DSS; Archer certification is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
