Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline or equivalent education/experience
A minimum of four years of experience in IT/Software product management or any other relevant experience and/or a Product Owner (PO) role
Knowledge of Agile methodologies in the context of transformation of delivery methods
Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence
Experience as a Product Owner or ServiceNow Product Manager
Real-world experience with Service Graph integrations and CMDB
Understanding the Identification and Reconciliation Rules (IRE)
Knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery and data governance best practices
Strong skills in stakeholder management, prioritization and strategy
Be good at interpersonal communication
Be customer-oriented
Mastering problem solving
Mastering written communication
Demonstrate professional rigor and meticulousness
