Location: Remote
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary:$90,000–$100,000/year
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong Marketing/MarTech, data analytics, and system integration experience. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and data teams to gather requirements, analyze systems, design solutions, support integrations, and improve marketing technology platforms.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience with Marketo, CRM, CDP, SQL, data integration, BI/reporting, and Agile environments.
Must-Have Technical/Functional Skills
8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Systems Analyst / Business Analyst
Strong experience in Marketing Technology (MarTech) and marketing systems
Hands-on experience with Marketo, CRM, Marketing Automation, or CDP platforms
Strong SQL and data analysis skills
Experience with data integration, data mapping, ETL, and data validation
Experience with Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL
Strong knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics
Requirements gathering, functional analysis, system design, and documentation
Experience with system testing, UAT, regression testing, and implementation
Agile/Scrum experience
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Key Responsibilities
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
Analyze existing systems and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience.
Design and support integrations across marketing, CRM, CDP, Oracle, EDW, and other enterprise platforms.
Develop data mappings, workflows, validation rules, and integration requirements.
Support Marketo and marketing technology platforms, including system enhancements and integrations.
Analyze large datasets using SQL and identify data quality issues, anomalies, and inconsistencies.
Support system implementations, testing, deployment, training, and change management.
Create dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Work with business, development, QA, data, and architecture teams to ensure successful delivery.
Perform root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions for system and data issues.
Create and maintain technical documentation, workflows, data dictionaries, and process guides.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and manage multiple projects and deliverables.
