The Paid Social Manageris responsible forleading the strategy, setup, optimization, and performance of paid social campaigns acrossdentsu’sclients. This role acts as aday‑to‑dayclient partner and internal leader, ensuring paid social work drives business outcomes, aligns withdentsu’sintegrated performance approach, and contributes to connected media solutions across the network.
Strategic Leadership
Collaborate with Client Leads, Strategy, andcross‑channelteams to define paid social strategies aligned with the broader media and businessobjectives.
Translatedentsu’saudience‑first,data‑drivenapproach into actionable paid social tactics and recommendations.
Stay current on platform innovations,dentsutools/tech, and industry trends to proactivelyidentifyopportunities for clients.
Campaign Planning & Execution
Leadend‑to‑endsetup of paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, Twitter/X, and emerging platforms.
Conduct audience and competitive research usingdentsutools (where applicable) to inform targeting strategies.
Build and QA campaign structures, tracking, creative rotations, and platform settings to ensure operational excellence.
Ensureaccuratetrafficking and adherence todentsuand client best practices.
Optimization & Performance Management
Monitor campaign performance daily andoptimizeforefficiency, performance KPIs, andfull‑funnelbusiness outcomes.
Usedentsumeasurement frameworks (e.g., test & learn agendas, brand lift, incrementality testing) to improve campaign contribution.
Partner with Analytics andcross‑channelteams to understand impact holistically across platforms.
Reporting & Insights
Deliver clear, consistent reporting with strong narrative storytelling — insights, implications, and recommended actions.
Ensure all reporting meetsdentsu’squality standards, leveraging dashboarding tools where applicable.
Present performance updates to clients and internal leadership with confidence and clarity.
Client Partnership
Act as a strategic andsolutions‑focusedday‑to‑daycontact for clients.
Understand client business priorities and connect paid social performance to their KPIs and organizational goals.
Provide guidance to clients on creative best practices, measurement approaches, and new opportunities.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Coach, mentor, and develop Analysts and Coordinators on campaign execution, optimization, and reporting.
Work collaboratively withindentsu’sintegrated model — Media, Strategy, Analytics, Creative, and CXM teams.
Contribute positively to team culture by sharing knowledge, best practices, and learning across the paid social community.
Qualifications
Post-secondary education in Media, Advertising, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or relatedfield.
3+ years ofhands‑onpaid social experience, ideally within a digital performance agency orin‑houseperformance team.
Proven experience managing campaigns across major social platforms.
Expertisewith: Meta Ads Manager,TikTok Ads,Pinterest Ads,Snapchat Ads,Twitter/X
Understanding ofthird-party tracking, pixels, tags, and measurement.
Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar tools (an asset).
Strongproficiencyin Excel and/or data visualization platforms.

The salary range for this position is $80k-$85k. Actual salary within the salary range will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, and skills. A range of medical, dental, RRSP, paid time off, and/or other benefitsalso areavailable to all permanent employees.
