The Life of Our Hospitality Team:

As part of our Hospitality Team, you will help create exceptional experiences for visitors from around the world by:

• Delivering outstanding guest service in tasting rooms, restaurants, retail boutiques, and hospitality venues
• Sharing the stories behind our wines, vineyards, wineries, and experiences
• Developing and maintaining knowledge of our wines, culinary offerings, and guest experiences
• Greeting guests, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming environment
• Conducting wine, merchandise, and experience sales
• Supporting events, tours, tastings, and seasonal experiences
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and safety within guest-facing areas
• Working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional hospitality

Available Opportunities:

Opportunities may vary by location and season and can include:

• Wine Ambassador
• Server
• Server Assistant
• Host
• Expo 
• Guest Experience Services
• Event Staff

Bonus Points:

• Previous hospitality, tourism, retail, food & beverage, or customer service experience
• Passion for wine, food, tourism, agriculture, or guest experiences
• Second language considered an asset
