As part of our culinary team, you will:

  • Prepare and execute high-quality seasonal menus
  • Work with fresh, locally sourced ingredients
  • Develop expertise in food and wine pairing
  • Collaborate with culinary and hospitality teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation, cleanliness, and safety
  • Learn about the Okanagan Valley's wine, agriculture, and culinary landscape
  • Build lasting professional relationships within Canada's wine and hospitality industries

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum one year of experience in a professional culinary environment (role dependent)
  • Strong technical culinary skills and knowledge of contemporary cooking techniques
  • Passion for food, hospitality, and continuous learning
  • Interest in food and wine pairings and local ingredients
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable meeting the physical requirements of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs., standing for extended periods, and working in kitchen environments
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

  • Culinary school enrollment or completion
  • Previous experience in fine dining, winery, resort, or destination restaurants
  • Experience with food and wine pairing
  • Second language considered an asset
