The Credit Management & Bank Operations team at Canadian Tire Bank delivers world-class analytics and risk strategies that optimize portfolio performance while balancing responsible growth and customer experience.
Reporting to the Manager, Early Stage Customer Management, the Senior Credit Risk Strategist is a subject matter expert responsible for developing, optimizing, and governing credit risk strategies across the customer lifecycle. This role combines advanced analytics, strategic thinking, and business leadership to influence portfolio performance and drive profitable growth. The successful candidate will lead complex risk initiatives, provide strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders, and help shape the future direction of Canadian Tire Bank's credit risk framework.

Broadband Salary Range:$64,000 – 106,000
Our typical hiring range is between $80,000 and $95,000. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role. #LI-NZ2
