The Branch Office Coordinator/In-force Specialist is an in-office position responsible for general branch administration including office reception, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and keeping the office organized and supplied. This role is also responsible for Inforce activities including policy updates and changes, ensuring the back-office system and carrier websites are updated, obtaining any missing or incomplete information from advisors or clients, and following up as required with advisors and carrier partners.
This is an entry level position with lots of room to grow within the organization.

This position will be located in the Winnipeg head office.

The base salary for this position is between $41,200 - $55,700 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc). If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, your recruiter will be able to discuss additional details of our total rewards program with you.
