About the role
We’re looking for a Technical Specialist who thrives on solving technical challenges and possesses excellent communication skills to support our managed services team in providing and executing solutions in the product to match customers’ needs. You will leverage your technical expertise to develop, optimize, and implement custom solutions for various use cases to meet project’s goals and ensure timely end-to-end delivery to the customer.
What you'll do
- Develop, integrate, optimize and implement solutions for various data extraction projects.
- Ensure of high-quality data extraction and delivery.
- Analyze customer requirements and design customized solutions that address their specific needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring timely resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with product development team to provide feedback and insights from customers to enhance product features and functionalities.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers during the onboarding process.
- Document and communicate technical solutions and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve solution offerings to our customers.
Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Solid technical background in front-end coding and experience with workflows using tools like Zapier and n8n.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Customer Success experience with a customer-centric mindset focused on delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
- Proficiency in English is a must, both written and spoken.
Nice to haves:
- Familiarity with tools for web scraping.
- Experience working with DOM and other Web APIs
