A career as a Talent Strategy and Programs Specialist in the Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) Talent Strategy team at National Bank Capital Markets means playing a key role in the execution and delivery of talent initiatives that support the growth and success of the business. In this role, you will coordinate programs across talent development, employee experience, early talent, and employer branding while partnering with leaders and stakeholders to attract, develop, and engage top talent. As part of a growing Talent Strategy function, you will help bring talent initiatives to life, ensure seamless program delivery, and contribute to a positive employee and candidate experience. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and collaborative approach will be key to your success.

The Talent Strategy team plays a key role in delivering talent initiatives that support the growth and long-term success of CIB. As part of a growing and evolving function, the team partners with business leaders and stakeholders to execute programs that enhance talent attraction, employee development, employee engagement, employer branding, and the overall employee experience.
Reporting to the Director, Talent Strategy, you will collaborate with leaders and partners across Canada and New York to execute on impactful initiatives that help attract, develop, and retain top talent. This role offers unique exposure across Talent Development, Learning & Development, Early Talent, Employer Branding, Employee Experience, and Talent Programs.

This is a hands-on role that combines program coordination, stakeholder management, project execution, and employee engagement activities. You will work closely with HR partners, business leaders, Campus Recruitment, Marketing, and employee groups to ensure successful delivery of talent initiatives across the organization.
This role is based in Toronto and offers a hybrid work environment, requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office. The work model may evolve to 5 days in the office based on business needs.
