Your job

• Develop, design, implement and evaluate the customized operational support training products and topics including the development and maintenance of training materials.
• Ensure the transfer of knowledge through effective reinforcement methods and follow up.
• Through analysis determine performance gaps and related learning product requirements and make recommendations to Business Leads or Equipment Leadership Team.
• Develop and update assessment tools to ensure training deliverables meet training needs
• Support Equipment Finance growth, project initiatives, and commitment to learning.
• Inspire trust by being open, honest, and direct in communication, meeting commitments and behaving ethically in all dealings.
• Contribute towards continuous improvement through identifying and realizing process efficiencies which will result in a reduction of risk and redundancies.

Contribute to employee engagement through delivery of new employee onboarding and building ongoing internal relationships

Basic requirements

• Hold a post-secondary degree or diploma, preferably in Business management, education, training or other related field and three (3) years of experience in the equipment finance industry.
• Experience with adult learning principles in a corporate environment.
• Knowledge of equipment financing products, fundamental and ancillary services.
• 3-5 years experience training in hybrid workplace environment.
• Experience in both instructor-led and virtual training is required.
