Senior Advisor, Governance And Strategic Initiatives

Your role: 

• Lead the orchestration of the sector's executive governance, ensuring the quality of governance forums, alignment of priorities, and effectiveness of decision-making processes.
• Support executive visibility and decision-making by conducting analyses, developing recommendations, and preparing materials for executive and governance forums.
• Ensure rigorous follow-up on strategic decisions, commitments, and priorities to strengthen execution discipline and accountability across the sector.
• Support strategic planning, executive reflection, performance management, and reporting activities to ensure consistent execution of business priorities.
• Conduct strategic analyses and maintain ongoing monitoring of the business environment to identify emerging issues, risks, and opportunities for the sector.
• Collaborate closely with the Strategy & Growth, Performance, and regional leadership teams to ensure alignment of priorities and consistency across initiatives and strategic efforts.
  
  

Your team: 

Prerequisites

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in strategy, governance, performance, project and process management, organizational transformation, consulting, or related fields.
• Demonstrated experience preparing analyses, recommendations, and executive-level materials for senior leaders and decision-making bodies.
• Strong ability to structure complex issues, synthesize information, and translate strategic direction into actionable plans.
• Proven ability to influence and advise leaders in complex, fast-paced, and highly visible environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry or experience in a similar environment is considered an asset.
