Your job

  • Define the short-, medium- and long-term vision and strategy for Client Access and Identity Management capabilities (CIAM), then translate them into a clear roadmap.
  • Monitor the ecosystem to anticipate trends, technologies, risks and opportunities that could influence orientations.
  • Establish lasting partnerships with business lines and stakeholders to understand their issues, anticipate their needs and align priorities.
  • Transform the strategy into a delivery path, manage the product backlog and prioritise initiatives based on expected value, risks, constraints and interdependencies.
  • Engage business, architecture, security and delivery partners, carry out the necessary trade-offs and challenge proposed solutions when required.
  • Measure adoption, performance and value generated using relevant indicators, then adjust priorities and roadmap on an ongoing basis.
  • Translate business needs into sufficiently clear requirements to enable architecture and implementation teams to design solutions, assess their effort and plan their delivery

In Information Security, you are part of a team of approximately 100 cybersecurity specialists. More specifically, the Identity and Access Management team works closely with product owners, business analysts, architects, delivery and operations teams. Work is done collaboratively to develop capabilities that are essential to our clients' experience and safety.

Prerequisites

  • In-depth knowledge of identity and access management (CIAM), identity security, identity-as-a-service solutions and modern authentication and authorisation mechanisms.
  • Proven experience in defining a vision, developing a roadmap and prioritising initiatives based on value, risks and business needs.
  • Experience in delivering solutions as a product owner, product manager, solution lead or comparable technology product management role.
