Merchandising Supervisor

You’ll love it here! We are hiring immediately for a merchandising supervisor, which we call a product process team lead. As a merchandising supervisor, you will lead and coach a team of specialists and work together to create an amazing customer experience.

What you’ll do: 

• Motivate and inspire your team to provide an amazing customer experience by keeping our store clean and organized
• Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture while having fun!
• Oversee store KPI’s (shrink, merchandising standards, inventory health, health & safety)
• Maintain a healthy profit and loss

What we’re looking for:

• Full-time availability
• 2+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 15 associates
• 2+ years’ experience managing and reviewing operational expenses and revenue
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding merchandising goals
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun, and safe work environment
