About the Role:

This position is responsible for providing technical support to various departments within planning, regulatory, design, and/or field operations functions. This position will provide coordination, maintenance, monitoring and execution of one or a variety of department management systems which may include: environmental, financial, lab, operations, engineering and/or maintenance.

What You Get to Do:

Under general supervision, employees perform various duties within their area of assigned duties.

Typical duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Produces, edits, analyzes and models data specific to the team function.

  • Prepares and submits reports and/or analysis in an accurate and timely manner for monthly, quarterly, annual and other special reports as required by the team function, department or regulation.

  • Gathers data and coordinates schedules for various audits.

  • Tests and facilitates field implementation of hardware and software.

  • Provides technical support and assistance that are required specific to or outside of the team function or department.

  • Participates in project planning meetings and acts as a liaison with internal groups.

  • Develops and maintains policies.

What You Bring:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Completion of a post-secondary technology diploma in a related discipline from a recognized Canadian institute of technology.

  • May be required to attain registration with A.S.E.T.

  • 2 - 5 years of related experience.
