What You Get to Do:
- Collaborate with skilled professionals to perform maintenance testing on equipment such as protective relays, transformers, circuit breakers, and more.
- Assist in the construction, installation, and commissioning of equipment, gaining hands-on experience with various components.
- Participate in commissioning, repairs, and installation of distribution-related equipment, contributing to the reliable operation of power systems.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and installation activities to support ongoing operations.
- Engage in troubleshooting electrical equipment and systems, assisting in analyzing failures and generating detailed reports.

- Learn and contribute to tasks like oil and gas filling of power transformers and high voltage equipment.

- Develop a strong understanding of safety practices and regulations associated with electrical work.
- Participate in safety meetings and mandatory training sessions to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
What You Bring:
- Electrical Engineering Technologist Diploma.

The successful candidate will be expected to complete stand by duties at pre-determined times throughout the year and, as such, will be required to maintain a residence within 60 minutes of 5402 54 Ave, Bonnyville, AB to meet service coverage requirements.
