ASRCNetCentricis seekingaSenior Business Analystto support an upcoming DHS program. Thisis a remote position.

Summary:The DHS Program will provideprofessional services to support application analysis, architectural design, engineering, development, maintenance, and support.Work includesimplementation ofDynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Flow, and Power Business Intelligent (BI)), SharePoint, Office 365, Azureproductsand Services, Dataverse, Drupal, Confluence, Jira, and ServiceNow.We will providea team experienced withdesign, agile software development, project management, technical architecture, engineering and design, continuous integration and delivery, integration, testing, configuration management, ongoing operations and maintenance, and cloud migration.
TheSenior Analystwilllead analysis/design for moderately complex systems; documents procedures; oversee Analysts.
Responsibilities:
- Understanding business requirements so that they may be accurately translated in system requirements
- Understanding the design of moderately complex information systems so that functional issues may be understood and business requirements can be properly defined for software development.
- Helping to define how information systems may be upgraded or replaced
- Conducting trade-off analyses on business and technical requirements
- The ability to quickly develop a working understanding of the applicable programming languages, operating systems and databases that will be used on the projects and programs
- Developing procedures, manualsand other documentation for information systems
- Overseeing work of Analysts on specific tasks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 8years’experiencecombined inin “both” systems analysis and design of information systems programsUS Ci
- tizenand abilityto successfully completea government issued background investigation
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust.Prior Public Trust or Security Clearance, preferred
- Possess superior verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly convey complex technical and programmatic topics to diverse stakeholders
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities; able to turn ambiguous requirements into actionable plans
- Ability to motivate and guide technical teams, promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
