As a Centennial Exhibit Community Agent,you’llbe the face of AMA’s offsite Centennial Exhibit — welcoming members and guests, sharing the story of who we are, and helping create an experience that reflects our Practically Family promise.

From supporting exhibit operations to promoting community events, you play a key role in ensuring every visitor leaves feeling informed, valued, and connected to AMA.

Part1• Official Opening / VIP event: Sept 25
• General public operations: Sept 26–Nov 13
• Deinstall: Nov 14–15


Part 2 •General public operations: Jan 8–Jan 29
• Deinstall: January 29–30

HowYou’llMake an Impact

  • Welcome visitors and create a positive, engaging first impression of AMA

  • Share AMA’s history and Centennial story in a waythat’sinformative and memorable

  • Support exhibit operations, including opening/closing procedures andmaintaininga clean, safe space

  • Assistwith retail transactions, online orders, and basic membership inquiries

  • Track visitor statistics, support inventory tasks, and contribute to smooth daily operations

  • Participate inspecial events, school visits, and community outreach activities

  • Assess visitor needs and connect them with the right AMA experts when needed

What You Bring to the Table

  • High School Diploma

  • 2–3 years of retail, customer service, or administrative experience

  • Proven ability to deliver friendly, professional service in a public-facing role

  • Strong communicationand interpersonal skills

  • Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and basic computer tools

  • Ability to quickly learn and confidently speak about AMA’s history and offerings

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and variable shifts

  • First Aid/CPR certification and ability to obtain a Police Information Check are assets
