Internal Sales Representative (ISR)

We are looking to add the next core member to our Sales group.  As an Internal Sales Representative (ISR), you provide best-in-class operational and sales support for the ANC customer base.  You must have excellent communication skills as our External and Internal Sales teams, Transportation department and Manufacturing teams highly depend on you to ensure that all customer requirements are met in a professional, courteous, and cost-effective manner.

Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, as part of the Internal Sales team, this position will also include daily interaction with our Sales Operations Specialist. This position can work remotely from home or be located at our manufacturing facility in Whitecourt, Alberta, Canada.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Exceptional customer service leading to high satisfaction rates.
• Coordinate and manage sales orders from a diverse customer base.
• Manage customer allocations and forecasts.
• Approach development of solutions with a full-scale view of impacts to customers and the company as a whole, such as Manufacturing, Transportation, etc.
• Exemplify professionalism when responding to customer concerns.
• Maintain utmost organization and order to ensure timely reaction to changes.
• Efficiently respond to a high volume of email inquiries/phone calls daily.
• Identify and communicate suggestions for business improvements.
• Learn and develop your knowledge to become an ANC product expert.
• Identify sales opportunities within your customer base and refer them to the External Sales team.
• Other duties, as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of related experience in Inside or Outsides Sales/Customer Service is preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing setting is ideal.
• High School diploma required at minimum; post-secondary education in a related field, such as Business, is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Tenacious and strong work ethic, along with a positive attitude.
• Highly adaptable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Proficient user of PC-based computer systems, such as MS Excel and MS Office. Apply skills and knowledge in learning our proprietary sales management system.
