Your Opportunity:

This is an opportunity to work with a Stellar interdisciplinary team in pediatric oncology research. your core skills for literature searching and critical appraisal are fundamental requirements to data collection and data quality control. you will have a keen understanding of prospective and retrospective cohort studies, case control studies and clinical trials. you have excellent data skill Excel/google SPSS SASs and data cleaning and organization. you have a basic understanding of pediatric cancers and familiarity with treatment modalities. you are able to do chart abstraction, patient screening and consent. understanding of REB/IRB GCP, privacy and research ethics.

Description:

As a Research Assistant, you will focus on the coordination of research studies (clinical or non-clinical) from start-up to closure in collaboration with principal investigators and other research team members. You will be responsible for assisting in preparing and submitting regulatory documents for research studies; performing literature reviews, data searches and environmental scans to support research studies; and monitoring study compliance.
