Reporting to the Forms Management Team Lead, the Data Innovation Analyst supports the creation and continuous improvement of Government of Alberta forms. This includes researching, evaluating, and designing form features that improve performance, accessibility, and the overall user experience.
As part of the Forms and Technical Services unit, the Data Innovation Analyst contributes to both strategic and operational priorities. Working within a centre of excellence for forms management, the role collaborates with Business Analysts and other teams across the Ministry of Technology and Innovation to share findings, apply technical expertise, and deliver professional forms services.

Required Qualifications
A diploma in a related field (such as Computer Sciences, Information Technology), plus two years of experience working in a design and/or programming role.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in:
Equivalencies
A related one-year certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution and three (3) years of related experience.
Minimum recruitment standards outline the minimum education and experience required for appointment to a job classification.

Hours of Work: 7.25 hours daily / 36.25 weekly – Monday to Friday
